A privately owned company that develops and manages facility based sleep diagnostic centers. Each project is designed to provide a smooth implementation of sleep into the identified healthcare environment, whether it is an extension of practice, a free standing facility or hospital based.Approximately four years ago, we were one of the first providers to recognize the value of offering a sleep service adjunct with the cardiology practices. The service offering enhanced clinical care as well as created a new ancillary income stream for the physicians practice. We now apply the proven success of the cardiology model into other specialties including otolaryngology, primary care, and neurology.

We are dedicated to assisting the clinician in delivering the highest quality of patient care while delivering results and treatment recommendations to the referring physicians. Our dedicated professional teams have consulted on all aspects of developing and managing new or already established sleep centers. Physician training is also offered, conducted by a boarded sleep medicine physician. The focus of the training is to provide a confidence and competency level with patient evaluations, treatment, and interpretations.

Over the past several years the healthcare industry has been experiencing increasing pressure from Washington to put efforts into place to control costs. These controls have resulted not only in declining revenues but also have had an impact on clinician ownership. This has created a need for clinicians and hospitals to modify most joint ventures. The synergistic relationship between physician practices and hospitals has led us to another “first” , the creation of a proprietary Hospital Management Model that promotes the coming together of multiple physicians to manage the sleep service while the hospital maintains ownership. By encouraging a multi-disciplinary approach to the diagnoses and treatment of Sleep Disordered Breathing the quality of care is significantly enhanced.
